Siempre me ha fascinado el arte: los colores, las figuras, las luces y las sombras. La habilidad de poder manifestarme en esta forma me causa mucho placer, y más aún ver que a otros también les gusta mi trabajo. Ese poder de causar alegría en otras personas es uno que no se debe ocultar. Es por eso que les muestro mi arte, para compartir mis sentimientos y esa energía positiva que tanta falta nos hace.

La nostalgia de vivir lejos de mi tierra natal, de su gente, su comida, su música y su historia me ha inspirado ha trabajar en una variedad de temas en los que apenas he captado la superficie.  El cuatro es el instrumento nacional de Puerto Rico, y con su música se han narrado historias y se han lanzado gritos de lucha y esperanza, y otros temas que he querido manifestar en mis obras. La bandera mono-estrellada, que con orgullo se ha hondeado alrededor del mundo, la plasmo como fondo para diferentes temas como arquitectura, o alguna canción que trae gratos recuerdos.  También rindo homenaje a algunos personajes que, desde mi punto de vista, merecen ser aplaudidos y recordados.

I have always been fascinated by art: colors, shapes, lights and shadows. The ability to be able to express myself in this way gives me a lot of pleasure, and even more so to see that others also like my work. That power to cause joy in other people is one that should not be hidden. That is why I show you my art, to share my feelings and that positive energy that we so need.

The nostalgia of living far away from my homeland, its people, its food, its music and its history has inspired me to work on a variety of subjects that I have barely even scratched the surface of. The cuatro is the national instrument of Puerto Rico, and with its music stories have been narrated and cries of struggle and hope have been launched, and other themes that I have wanted to express in my works. The mono-star flag, which has been proudly waved around the world, I picture as a background for different themes such as architecture, or a song that brings back fond memories. I also pay tribute to some characters that, from my point of view, deserve to be applauded and remembered.
